G4POS distributes the wireless paging systems made by LRS (Long Range Systems). Here are the four families in the range, their models and the usual set-ups by sector.

Staff pagers, guest coasters and call buttons share the same UHF band, so you can combine them on one infrastructure. Table Tracker uses RFID and ZigBee, with its own gateway.
Staff receive their calls on a pager worn at the belt.
The transmitter, placed at the host stand or the kitchen pass, makes the pager vibrate and show the number or the message.

RX-SP6
It replaces the RX-SP4, which LRS has withdrawn. It has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, four programmable LEDs and a number that can be reassigned over the air.
RX-AP2
Its colour screen displays text messages. LRS pairs it with Butler XP buttons and the Pronto kit.
TX-9561EZ

Type the employee’s number and their pager receives the call. One transmitter handles up to 799 pagers.
Accessories: CH-R11-HC charging bases with 5 to 25 slots, shared by the RX-SP6 and RX-AP2, and belt clips.
Guests wait wherever they like and their coaster tells them when the table or the order is ready.
Handed over when the guest arrives, the coaster lights up and vibrates at the right time, with no PA announcement.

RX-CS8
This is LRS’s current coaster, with five light colours. A text-display version, the RX-CS8-ALPHA, is also available.
RX-CS7
This coaster has eight RGB LEDs and a four-digit display for the call number.

This coaster with eight red LEDs comes in the KIT-GCS5 and KIT-GCSPLUS15 guest kits.

TX-9561MT

This keypad transmitter works on its own, with no Internet connection.
TX-7471
Linked to the LRS Connect cloud, it adds the waitlist, messaging and statistics. It pages both staff and guests.
Accessories: CH-R8 charging bases with 15 or 30 slots for every RX-C coaster and a return rack for 15 coasters.
A button on a table, in a fitting room or at a dock sends a request to staff.
The employee’s pager shows the station and the message. Pronto buttons, for indoor use, repeat an unanswered call and then alert the manager. The waterproof Butler XP suits pools and beaches.

TX-PRONTO-1
One press sends a service request to the staff pager.
TX-PRONTO-6
Its six buttons send up to six custom messages to staff.
This Lexan call button is waterproof. LRS designed it for pools, beaches and hotels.
Accessories: KIT-TG programming kit for Pronto buttons, ADD-PRONTO5 add-on and K2-0098 mounting hardware.
Guests choose any table and the kitchen knows where to bring the order.
The tracker handed out with the order reads the RFID mat under the table and sends its number. The iPad app measures service times.
TT-SIL-Z
Handed to the guest with the order, it sends the number of the table it is placed on.
TT-Mat
This passive 14 in RFID mat fits under the table and needs no power.
It links the trackers to the iPad app and to LRS Connect, which produce the service-time reports.
Accessories: TT-CH charging base, TT-TAG tags, TT-DOCK docks, LRS-Repeater ZigBee repeater and TT-Activation.
Waiting guests get a coaster. Servers wear a Vibe pager, which the kitchen triggers with a Pronto button.
In a case study published by LRS, average service time drops from five minutes to three and a half.

LRS’s cloud platform handles the waitlist, messaging and two years of history, with nothing to install. It works with the TX-7471, the RX-CS8, the Alpha Coaster PRO and the RX-AP2.
LRS provides paging, location and cloud APIs, and documents integrations with several point-of-sale and reservation software packages.
LRS Connect and the API are LRS services. G4POS supplies the compatible hardware.
