Our services
Distribution and inventory
All six product families are kept in stock in Québec. They can be ordered by the unit, except custom-printed cards (minimum of 1,000 cards).
Shipping
Orders ship from Québec. The lead time for your region is confirmed when you order.
Product training
We train your sales and installation teams on the catalogue products.
Technical support
Our team helps you in French or English with pre-sales, configuration and diagnosis, Mon–Fri 9am–4pm (ET).
Warranty and returns (RMA)
Hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Every return goes through a prior authorization.
Reseller account
Your account gives you wholesale pricing, your order history and follow-up on your projects.
How it works
Opening the account
You fill out the form on the Become a reseller page or give us a call. An account manager is then assigned to you.
Quote and order
You put together the configuration with your account manager, who gives you your pricing so you can quote your client. You then order by phone or email.
Shipping
We ship the order and send you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
After-sales
If covered hardware fails, your account manager sends you the return authorization (RMA) and the steps to follow.

How do I get your wholesale pricing?
Wholesale prices are reserved for reseller accounts. We share them with you as soon as your account is open.
Who installs the hardware at the end customer’s site?
The reseller does. G4POS supplies the hardware, trains your teams and supports you; installation, configuration and on-site training are done by you and billed to your client.
Which point-of-sale software should I use?
You choose the software. G4POS does not sell point-of-sale software: your client keeps their current software or you offer the one you sell.

The account is free and reserved for businesses. It gives you access to our wholesale prices, training and technical support.
