Lead time and shipping costs depend on the model ordered, its availability and the destination. Before your order ships, the G4POS team confirms the carrier, the number of business days to your delivery address and the shipping costs. Ask for them before you prepare your quote.

Rules that apply in Québec
Restaurants, bars and caterers in Québec must produce their bills with a certified sales recording system (SRS) connected to Revenu Québec’s WEB-SRM. The certification applies to that software, and the printer, where one is needed, must be compatible with the SRS. The Charter of the French language also requires French on the product, its packaging and its documentation.
What to check before installation
Check the printer with the SRS vendor
Confirm that the chosen printer is supported by your client’s SRS and that the QR code on the bill prints legibly.
Ask about French documentation
If your client’s contract requires a French instruction manual and warranty certificate, check their availability with the G4POS team before you commit.
Confirm the French version of the software
Software must be available in French when a French version exists. Ask the till-software vendor before deployment.
