A wholesaler is a business that buys in volume and resells mainly to other businesses. The reseller (integrator, dealer or consultant) installs the hardware at their client’s site and owns the commercial relationship.
Why it matters to a reseller
G4POS works on this model: it sells wholesale mainly to resellers and does not sell point-of-sale software. The reseller picks the software, installs the hardware and keeps the relationship with their client. Explain this split of roles to the client on the first call.
