An RMA is the case number issued before hardware is returned. It ties the received parcel to the open request: a return shipped without it cannot be identified on arrival.
Why it matters to a reseller
The RMA number turns an anonymous parcel into a traceable case. G4POS’s terms of sale require you to contact the team before any return: have the model, the serial number, the original order reference and a written description of the fault ready.
