What is online backup?

Its Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platform, designed for managed service providers, includes backup, disaster recovery and anti-malware protection, among other services. What does MSP360 offer?

MSP360 Backup is cloud backup software for Windows, macOS and Linux. It stores backups in the storage the user chooses, such as Amazon S3 or Microsoft Azure, and a web console manages several machines remotely.

What is IDrive e2?

IDrive e2 is cloud object storage compatible with the Amazon S3 API. It is used as a destination for backup, archiving and video surveillance, among other things. IDrive lists storage regions in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.

How do you choose between Acronis, MSP360 and IDrive e2?

The choice depends on the role the offering plays for the client: Acronis and MSP360 are software that performs the backup, and IDrive e2 is the storage where the backup is kept.
